Falls Prevention

Living Well with Diabetes – Community Support Group

Diabetes Cooking Workshops

Diabetes Cooking Workshops are hands-on cooking classes which are offered to those living with prediabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Each workshop will be conducted by a Registered Dietitian, who is also a Certified Diabetes Educator. Fee $5.00 per class (please call if cost is a concern) Fibre Friday Including fibre in your diet is a great way to help manage your diabetes and to help you stay satisfied for longer! We’ll look at several ways to increase the fibre content of your meal without sacrificing flavour.
