The Community Health Centres of Northumberland (CHCN) signs a legal agreement with its funder, Ontario Health East, whereby the CHCN is expected to meet specific service and performance targets.
Our agreement is known as the Multi-Sector Service Accountability Agreement (MSAA). You can read our current MSAA document here:
