As a registered charity and not-for-profit organization, the Community Health Centres of Northumberland are required to undergo an annual third-party financial audit.
The Board of Directors appoints an auditor annually at its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and the audit is performed following the end of each fiscal year (April 1 – March 31) and the statements made public.
