Just the Basics: Diabetes
Have you been recently diagnosed with prediabetes or diabetes? This workshop includes a discussion of the basic facts about managing diabetes, healthy eating, and physical activity. You can participate in this workshop in-person (once a quarter) or virtually over Zoom, with a phone, tablet/iPad or computer.
Living Well with Diabetes: Community Support Group
The CHCs of Northumberland Diabetes Education Program is excited to be launching a monthly support group for those living with diabetes starting in January.
It will take place on the 2nd Thursday of the month at 1:00PM in Room 205, with our first group on January 12, 2023 . It will be in-person with a zoom option.
