We are a community-centred primary healthcare facility serving Northumberland County, Ontario. As a member of The Alliance for Healthier Communities, we offer a range of community-based services and respond to health-related community concerns.

Our care model is highly effective for all Ontarians. It is an important resource for people who encounter a diverse range of barriers accessing healthcare such as culture, ethnicity, geographical isolation, literacy, poverty, physical disabilities, and race.
