Would you like to prevent diabetes? Or have you recently been diagnosed with prediabetes or diabetes? This workshop includes a discussion of the basic facts about managing diabetes, healthy eating, and physical activity. We encourage people to bring a friend/family member for support.

Men’s Cook Club Series B
Calling all gents who enjoy being in the kitchen! This class is open to any man who has participated in the ‘Men’s Cooking Club’ before or who enjoys food and is looking to increase their cooking skills and confidence. Participants may sign up for either group A or group B, as both groups will cook the same meals. These classes are hands on and we always enjoy the delicious food together. $5 per class.
Active Fit and Fun
Designed for community members ages 55+ who are wishing to improve their cardio, strength, balance and flexibility regardless of their current ability level. The program will be led by trained volunteers, who ensure the program is run in a safe manner. Classes can be done seated or standing.

Active Fit and Fun
Designed for community members ages 55+ who are wishing to improve their cardio, strength, balance and flexibility regardless of their current ability level. The program will be led by trained volunteers, who ensure the program is run in a safe manner. Classes can be done seated or standing.
Souper Douper Lunch
On the third Thursday of each month our amazing Soup Sisters will be offering a bowl of delicious soup and a roll. Join us for soup and a chat in the multipurpose room. Suggested donation of $2.
Chair Yoga
Using the aid of a chair our yoga instructor will guide you through a series of movements. Poses are done seated or the chair is used for support during standing poses and bends. April 9th to June 25th | 1pm to 2pm | $36 for 12 weeks
Balance Strengthen and Stretch
This mat based class combines 3 key elements of fitness into one session for the time crunched person. Class segments will include balance training, body weight exercises, and an extended stretch period to end off the class. Suitable for all levels of fitness. Thursday April 9th to June 25th (no class May 14th) $33.00 for 11 weeks
Pilates
A mat based, Pilates inspired class designed to increase your posture awareness, learn to use breath to aid movement, increase muscle tone, and strengthen your core. Suitable for all levels of fitness. April 9th to June 25th (no class May 14th) | $33 for 11 weeks
