Caregiver Speakers Series – Virtual

A three part series featuring local speakers, talking about issues affecting caregivers and those they care for. Educational talk will be followed by open discussion question and answer period. Movement and Motion

Designed for community members age 55+, who are wishing to improve their balance and range of motion regardless of their current ability level.
