Powerful Tools for Caregivers – Hybrid
A Free Six Week Workshop for Caregivers of adults with chronic conditions. Participating in this workshop will give you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you will become better able to be there for those you care for. We will be exploring topics like reducing stress, improving self-confidence, accessing community resources and managing emotions. Stroke and Acquired Brain Injury Learn and Share
In partnership with Brain Injury Association Peterborough, Central East Stroke Network, Northumberland Hills Hospital and March Of Dimes Canada we will be hosting a Stroke and Acquired Brain Injury Learn and Share. This event is open to survivors of stroke and ABI, caregivers, family members, and service providers who work in the community.
