Plants to Plates is a food education program for children which was developed by the Ecology Action Centre. This FREE virtual course will provide youth with the skills and knowledge that will assist them in being confident about staying home alone. Through interactive games and activities participants will learn about how to stay safe in various situations and what to do in case of an emergency. This FREE summer program is offered to ages 8 to 11. Participants will have the opportunity to learn dance skills in jazz and hip-hop. The classes will include a fun warm-up, stretching and technique, dance combinations to all the best music and some fun activities. Put on those dancing shoes and come join us! Needed for the class: Running shoes or bare feet (no socks).
