An event every week that begins at 9:30 am on Wednesday, repeating until March 27, 2024
A Free Six Week Workshop for Caregivers of adults with chronic conditions. Participating in this workshop will give you the skills to take care of yourself while caring for someone else. By taking care of your own health and well-being, you will become better able to be there for those you care for. We will be exploring topics like reducing stress, improving self-confidence, accessing community resources and managing emotions.
