An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until September 30, 2020

Yoga instructor Ursula will guide you through a gentle yoga practice from the comfort of your own home. Yoga has many benefits such as increasing flexibility, improving breathing, helping with balance, and helping one to live a healthy and stress-free lifestyle. Participants of all fitness levels welcome.
