An event every month that begins at 9:30 am on day Third of the month, repeating until December 23, 2024
Have you been recently diagnosed with prediabetes. This workshop includes a discussion of the basic facts about managing prediabetes, healthy eating, and physical activity. We also encourage you to set a goal to improve your health
during the class.
