Community Health Centres of Northumberland (CHCN) was proud to welcome community members, partners, and supporters to our Open House and Annual General Meeting on June 23, 2026, at our Port Hope site.
The afternoon brought together residents from across Northumberland County to connect, learn, and celebrate the work happening across CHCN. During the Open House, guests toured our space, visited program booths, explored the community garden and market, and engaged directly with staff, volunteers, and community partners
Highlights and Achievements
We were thrilled to welcome more than 130 visitors through our doors, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with conversation, learning, and connection.
The event also delivered several exciting outcomes:
- $1,000 raised in support of CHCN programs and initiatives
- $750 generated through our first-ever 50/50 draw
- 37 new newsletter subscribers, helping us stay connected with more members of our community
Attendees shared overwhelmingly positive feedback, with many expressing appreciation for the breadth of services CHCN provides—from primary care and mental health supports to food security, outreach programs, and specialized services.
