Foot Care Nurse – Permanent Part Time (3 days per week)

The Community Health Centres of Northumberland is a non-profit, community-governed organization committed to programs and services that promote wellness that are delivered within an interdisciplinary team.

The Community Health Centres of Northumberland Diabetes Education Program (CHCN DEP) provides free specialized diabetes education (including cooking classes) to all clients in individual, team, and group forums. Foot Care Services are also available to clients who are unable, due to financial constraints, to access these services elsewhere. The Program currently has an opening for: Diabetes Foot Care Nurse (3 days/week).
