Reporting to the Director of Corporate Services, and working closely with the I.T. Coordinator and Accountant the Data/Financial Analyst is a new position created to meet the increased demands for in-depth collection and analyses of all the CHCN’s financial and reporting requirements. The Data/Financial Analyst develops, compiles, and maintains reports and interactive dashboards for internal and external audiences, including reporting requirements for multiple funders of the CHCN, performs data quality control/assurance and coordinates corporate and external reporting on key performance indicators. Works with management to plan and address data and financial needs and compiles data sets, budget forecasting, completes research, analysis and evaluation, and contributes to systems planning for all programs across the agency. Assuming lead role for the agency in coordinating and providing data analysis, support and management, this role understands the agency’s business requirements and supporting process and financial management.
