Movement and Motion – Virtual Program
Designed for community members age 55+, who are wishing to improve their balance and range of motion regardless of their current ability level. Join us virtually as we guide you through a gentle movement class to some music. The program will be led by trained volunteers, who ensure the program is run in a safe manner.
