Community Dietitian Talks – Soups and Stews

As the weather gets cooler it is the perfect time to experiment with some warm one-pot dishes. Adam will lead the group through a variety of hearty soups and stews to help you through the cold months to come. Home Alone Course

This FREE 2 hour virtual course will provide youth ages 10-14 with the skills and knowledge that will assist them in being confident about staying home alone. Through interactive games and activities participants will learn about how to stay safe in various situations and what to do in case of an emergency. Designed for community members age 55+, who are wishing to improve their balance and range of motion regardless of their current ability level.
