Diabetes Cooking Classes

Diabetes Cooking Workshops are hands-on cooking classes which are offered to those living with prediabetes, type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Each workshop will be conducted by a Registered Dietitian, who is also a Certified Diabetes Educator. Fee $5.00 per class (please call if cost is a concern) On-The-Go Lunches and Snacks Choosing nutrient-rich snacks can help keep you full without causing your blood sugars to rise too high.
