Support when it’s needed most. Because mental health care saves lives—and connection fosters healing.
CHCN provides individual counselling, therapeutic groups, mental health walk-in services, and caregiver supports for people of all ages. Services address ADHD, trauma, anxiety, depression, caregiving stress, and more—often at pivotal moments in people’s lives.
