Community Health Promoter
Our Health Promoter offers a variety of health promotion workshops at the Centre and throughout the community.
Community Health Worker
Our Community Health Worker offers various health and well-being classes and workshops to youth, adults, and seniors in the community. Most of these classes are offered at the CHC and are available for outreach in the local community.
Community Registered Dietitian
Our Community Dietitian is available to members of the community & provides one-on-one counselling, presentations/workshops & cooking demonstrations.
