Coping with Stress: This workshop will define and help you understand what stress is, how stress affects our bodies, and explore healthy coping strategies to manage our stress.

Coping with Anxiety: This workshop will discuss anxiety, causes and signs of anxiety, and explore ways to cope with anxiety to enhance our health and wellbeing.

Exploring Self-Care: This workshop will explore self-care, why self-care is important, and help you create and practice a self-care routine.
