An invitation to explore stillness through guided meditation. You will be guided in mindful movement, centering, conscious breathing, visualization, and loving
kindness meditations.
For beginners and anyone wanting to reduce stress and cultivate peace of mind.

Debra is a 500 hour Kripalu certified yoga instructor with additional training in the Viniyoga tradition. She has practiced yoga for over twenty-five years. Debra has taught yoga to adults of varying abilities and brought daily yoga practices into her primary grade classrooms. She is a graduate of Nischala Joy Devi’s “Yoga of the Heart” program helping people living with heart disease, cancer and debilitating diseases.
