An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Thursday, repeating until June 25, 2020

This mat based class combines 3 key elements of fitness into one session for the time crunched person. Class segments will include balance training, body weight exercises, and an extended stretch period to end off the class. Suitable for all levels of fitness.

Thursday April 9th to June 25th (no class May 14th)
