The Community Health Centres of Northumberland is a non-profit, community-governed organization committed to programs and services that promote wellness that are delivered within an interdisciplinary team.

General Overview:

Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Manager – Specialized Programs works collaboratively with internal Community Health Centre of Northumberland (CHCN) staff and external partner agencies to provide comprehensive, coordinated, primary health care for our community, encompassing primary care, health promotion and illness prevention.

As a member of the Senior Leadership team, the position supports operational planning and the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. The position also provides policy recommendations to the other members of the Senior Team. To succeed in this role, the successful candidate must demonstrate excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will also be an exceptional communicator, with a strong understanding of program evaluation processes as well as demonstrated experience and success on a leadership team.
