SUMMARY:Type 2 Diabetes Support Group 18+ - Virtual
DESCRIPTION:The Type 2 Follow-up group is a one hour session where clients who are managing well and do not need frequent visits will have an opportunity to check-in with a diabetes educator and learn about various topics of diabetes self-management (for example\, what is an A1C\, Stress Management) in a supportive group setting.
